I am passionate about food and its healing power and I originally trained as a Nutritional Therapist because of my love of food. I obtained my degree (BSc (Hons), Health Sciences: Nutritional Therapy) from Westminster University, and I am a member of BANT (the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy) the regulatory body for Nutritional Therapists, which means I have to abide by a very strict standards and code of ethics. I also regularly attend conferences in order to keep up to date with the latest research.

I think healthy nutritious food should also be full of flavour and easy to cook, so I use my nutritional knowledge and my flair for delicious food to run workshops in my home for small groups where I discuss a nutrition related topic and demonstrate recipes. Subjects have included detox and weight management.

I practice nutritional therapy at Equilibrium in Lewes, and at home in Hamsey.
I am also Nutrition Advisor for a large supplement company, and lead Healthy Eating Workshops for small groups and in corporate settings.
